Process Serving
Need them served? We’ll handle that. Nationwide process serving for attorneys, law firms, businesses and individuals.
Process serving is the formal delivery of legal documents to the person or entity who has to receive them, done the way court rules require. We serve summons, subpoenas, petitions and other court papers anywhere in the United States, and we give you detailed proof of service when it’s done.

What is process serving?
Before a case can move forward, the other side has to be told about it. Formal delivery of the papers, called service of process, is how that happens. If it’s done wrong, a judge can reject it and you start over.
We put your documents in the right hands, document every attempt and give you proof of service you can file. Local, nationwide or rush, you can count on us to get it done right.
REQUEST SERVICEWhat papers can you serve?

How does process serving work?
You send the documents
Send the papers with the name and address of the person to be served.
We assign a server
A process server in the right location makes the service attempts.
We keep you posted
You’ll know where your service stands without having to chase us.
You get proof of service
We deliver detailed proof of service, ready to file with the court.
Can I serve the papers myself?
In most places, no. Service usually has to come from a sheriff, a constable or a registered process server, and a party to the case can’t serve their own papers. The exact rules depend on the state and the court. A professional who knows the local rules keeps your service from being thrown out.
Sheriff or constable
Serve papers within their own jurisdiction, on their own schedule. A fine choice for simple cases with no rush.
Private process server
Works your deadline. Can make attempts at different times of day, handle rush requests and keep you updated along the way.
Where do you serve papers?
Anywhere in the United States. We’re based in South Florida and work through a nationwide network of process servers, so you deal with one team no matter where the person is.
Process serving questions, answered
Do I need an address to serve someone?
Yes. A process server needs a place to find the person, such as a home or workplace address. If you don’t have one, start with a skip trace. We handle both, so the papers go out as soon as we have a location.
Can I hire a process server if I’m filing without a lawyer?
Yes. Individuals can hire us directly. We can’t give legal advice, so check filing and service rules with the court clerk or an attorney.
How much does process serving cost?
Price depends on the location, how many attempts it takes and how fast you need it done. Call 954-697-4577 or send a request and we’ll quote it.
How long does it take to serve someone?
It depends on how easy the person is to reach. Straightforward service can happen quickly. Hard-to-find people take longer, and a skip trace can speed things up.
What is proof of service?
It’s a written record, such as an affidavit or return of service, that shows who was served, where, when and how. You file it with the court.
What if you can’t find the person?
That’s where skip tracing comes in. We locate them first, then serve them.
Do you serve papers outside Florida?
Yes. We serve nationwide through our network of process servers.
Can’t find the person to serve?
Our skip tracing team can locate them first, then we serve them.
